2022 - 2024

Supervising Producer - Yahoo

In my role as Supervising Producer, I oversee a team of 7 direct reports, orchestrating their efforts to optimize the production output of our trending video team. This meticulous coordination has resulted in an impressive revenue stream exceeding $12 million annually, generating 1.7 billion views across various platforms. Additionally, I am entrusted with directing an annual production budget of $750,000, implementing cost-effective strategies to ensure the efficient allocation of resources. Facilitating seamless partnerships with industry giants such as Shutterstock, Getty, Newsflare, and Storyful, I manage the daily licensing of content. Leading daily production meetings, I delegate tasks and foster a culture of continuous improvement through constructive feedback loops. Moreover, I spearhead content initiatives, leveraging data analysis to drive audience growth and curate trending content across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Meta, and TikTok. My comprehensive oversight extends to supervising all social video endeavors, where I maintain the highest standards of quality and engagement.

2020 - 2022

Line Producer - DMTV

I successfully oversaw a robust production budget exceeding $22 million, meticulously ensuring that expenditures were aligned with our strategic plan. My responsibilities extended to supervising in-studio union crews, producers, editors, and coordinators, ensuring adherence to the production schedule while maintaining budgetary constraints and meeting deadlines. Demonstrating strong audience engagement, I achieved a coveted Nielsen rating of 1.0 in the 18-35 demographic, underscoring our resonance within our target market. Additionally, I meticulously managed production schedules, calendars, and employee hires, facilitating seamless operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including finance, production, and legal—was integral in navigating union contracts, guest appearances, and exclusivity documentation. Furthermore, I orchestrated satellite bookings for both breaking stories and regular daily hits, ensuring timely and effective coverage.

2017 - 2020

Sr. Production & Field Manager - DMTV

With precision and foresight, I spearheaded the successful launch of Season One of DMTV, implementing streamlined processes that serve as a foundation for future seasons. This involved creating and meticulously maintaining tracking systems for purchase orders, production costs, assets, and staff schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation. As manager of office staff and operations, I adeptly addressed production needs and swiftly resolved unforeseen challenges to maintain a seamless workflow. Additionally, I orchestrated global shoots across the US, Europe, and Australia, overseeing all logistical elements including location arrangements, travel logistics, scheduling, expenses, and payroll management, thereby ensuring smooth execution of each project.
